After three long months, we are finally back! Come celebrate with us and be a part of this historic performance to commemorate our re-opening and also to honour everyone’s resilience in the face of this devastating pandemic because you…deserve…it!
Now, it’s time to soothe your soul and nourish your heart with some timeless tunes. After two-sold out editions, klpac is bringing you Yesterday Once More 3 from 22 to 26 July.
In the earlier editions, they performed hits from the 50s up to the 70s but this time, we are rewinding the clock a bit more. Yesterday Once More 3 will be giving you some favourites from the 40s to the 60s, a time when swing, big band and jazz was all the rage, and stars like Nat King Cole and Elvis Presley made their warm velvety vocals accessible to everyone.
Why not just Runaway now, Sway, come and do the Jailhouse Rock together at Yesterday Once More 3.
Directed by Ian Chow, it will be performed by Joel Wong, Lai Suk Yin, Omar Ali, Rachel Liu, Serene Chng and Vale Wong backed by a 5-piece band comprising Jing Xiuan (music director/pianist), Lee Hui Yin (keyboardist), Coebar Abel (lead guitarist), Alex Lee (percussionist) and bassist Iqbal R.
The performance will be a compact 75-minute show without intermission.
